This mini neck cover is made with a 1200 denier waterproof, ripstop, poly outer shell with 250 grams of poly fill. It features three adjustable snap closures along the underside of the neck and hood connectors to attach securely to blanket dee rings. This neck cover is designed to attach to the entire line of Tough1 Turnout Blankets.
