Can I ride my horse while he's wearing his magnetic therapy bell boots?
It is not recommended to use magnetic therapy while your horse is being ridden.

The Tough1 Ice Therapy Tendon Wrap has gel ice cells that stay soft, even when frozen, allowing for a more pliable wrap.
When I remove my Refresh Ceramic-Infused Therapy Quick Wraps, I feel a lot of heat coming from the tendon. Is that OK?
The ceramic-infused fabric is meant to reflect your horse’s body heat back into his body through Far Infrared Rays.
Do I need to get my horse used to wearing his therapy gear?
Yes.
For hoof boots, where do I measure on the hoof?
All Tough1 hoof boot measurements are done by the width and length of the horse's hoof, measuring the sole of the hoof.
Can I measure my horse's hoof while he's wearing a shoe?
The most accurate measurement comes from using a freshly trimmed hoof. If you plan to use one of the boots while your horse is wearing shoes, measure the foot while the horse is shod.
Can I use the same size for the Recover Therapy Boot when ordering another Tough1 hoof boot?
Each boot style has its own unique size chart, so we recommend using the measurements to compare the sizes in the sizing chart.
Do you make half sizes for the sizing charts?
No. If you happen to get a quarter or half size when measuring, round your measurement up to the nearest whole number for the hoof boot size.
Should I expect the boot to fit snugly?
Most Tough1 therapy hoof boots shouldn't fit snugly the first time you put them on your horse.
What if I need to wrap the hoof before applying the boot?
If you plan to use one of our hoof boots, such as the Recover Therapy Boot, plan to purchase one size up to allow for room for bandages.
