Do the Easy Breathe Grazing Muzzles have any safety features?

All Tough1 Easy Breathe Muzzle styles feature a "Quick Release" strap on the crown piece. This strap is designed to release in case of an emergency situation. For this strap to perform correctly you need to set it's strength properly.

For maximum strength, least likely to breakaway, you want to completely insert the "Quick Release" strap. For weaker strength, more likely chance to breakaway, you can insert it only partially. If you have trouble securing this closure evaluate the cleanliness of the hook-and-loop material, keeping this strap free of debris will allow it to function most correctly.

This strap is NOT for fit adjustment, it should be set first, followed by the adjustment of the slide buckles for proper fit.
